Question by mangalath p: what is the basic cause for the decline of Ayurveda in India?
In independent India ayurveda has faced a drastic fall in its magazine of authentic manpower. Nobody cares about the unique basics of ayurvedic theory and practice. and the general trend is to ape the western biomedicine which is nothing but a bye-product of industrialised commercialisation of healthcare. Ayurveda is supposed to be the one and only system which can stand up against and say no to this sort of commercial manipulation of healthcare. but it is not happaening.

Slow process of treatment but an effective cure with little side effects.Nowadays people prefer fast recovery .
